Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days of the product's delivery date.

2. Product Condition
For a return to be approved, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and unwashed.
- It must retain all original tags.
- It must be in the same condition in which it was received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Items Ineligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized items.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via email at xsivedesigns02@hotmail.com, providing their order number and the reason for the return. Once the request is approved, instructions for shipping the product back will be provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product arrived defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you may request to do so within the same 30-day period, subject to inventory availability.
